Booking formalities
The acceptance of a reservation is subject to availability. A reservation will be considered accepted only after the guest has received a written confirmation of availability from the Management. Within 7 days from the date of the reservation acceptance, guests are required to forward a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the journey.
Delays and early departures
n case of arrival delays or early departure guests are obliged to pay the full amount of the booked and confirmed period. Unless an arrival delay is properly communicated, the room will be left to the guest's disposal until 12.00 P.M. of the booked day of arrival.
Check In-Check Out
On arrival date rooms will be available to our guests from 15.00, check in is from 15.00-23,00. On departure rooms are to be vacated before 10.00.
